The test sample was dissolved in water (1mL) and administered to mice orally via a stomach tube.
Swimming test was carried out twice a week, and mice were administered once a day.

Results of swimming endurance test of mice

Swimming time was not enhanced by continuous administration of ALA for 21 days, but CoQ10.
Swimming time enhancement effect was found just after 4 days by administration of CoQ10 CD complex.
Swimming time was prolonged more than CoQ10 alone by combined administration of ALA and CoQ10.
The longest swimming time was observed by combined administration of ALA CD complex and CoQ10 CD complex.
